Yes, jewelry can be returned as long as it meets our return conditions. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within the specified return period

Yes, we can create pieces based on your individual design or idea. Simply share your concept, sketch, or reference images, and we’ll discuss the details, materials, and feasibility to bring your vision to life. Custom-made items may require additional production time and are usually non-returnable.
